Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified private rented sector managing agent on behalf of its wholly owned development company Thurrock Regeneration Limited (TRL) to support its growing private rental portfolio. It currently has 102 properties (completed in July 2017) on St Chads Road, Tilbury.
