For the avoidance of doubt, this phase of the project is not part of a formal procurement process and the City is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. Please refer to II.2.4) of the PIN notice for a description of the procurement for further information and details on how to obtain the relevant documentation. Additional information: Primarily, the CoLP are investigating the feasibility of an e-discovery solution, both in the cloud and on-premise options. The CoLP will consider the feedback received to help inform its options and further decision making. For the avoidance of doubt, this phase of the project is not part of a formal procurement process and the City is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. The CoLP would like to find out about the solutions that the market currently or potentially offer, along with the types of innovation or areas of best practice that are being developed and could meet CoLP's current requirements and/or make improvements to current ways of working and business processes. If your organisation would like to participate in this pre-market engagement exercise, it can do so by via the City's eProcurement portal at: www.capitalesourcing.com and download the Soft Market Test documentation which includes a Questionnaire. Participants are then required to complete and submit their response to the Soft Market Test (SMT) Questionnaire by the return deadline. This pre-market engagement is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'CapitaleSourcing' (url:www.capitalesourcing.com).
