You can register free of charge on the site and download the documents free of charge. The documents must be uploaded back onto the Chest by no later than 16:00 hours Friday 4th December, 2020 Additional information: Documentation is available via the e-procurement portal "The Chest" which suppliers can register free of charge. Once the documentation is downloaded and completed it must be uploaded onto the Chest portal by 16:00hrs 4th December, 2020.
