We know that short breaks benefit both disabled young people and their families/carers. Ealing is planning to procure a Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle for Children's Day & Community Short Breaks in 2023, with multiple short break settings (draft categories) shown below. Prior to tendering we would like to obtain feedback from the provider market to help inform and shape the commissioning and procurement of service delivery of our short breaks offer for children with additional needs and their families. Ealing wishes to carry out market engagement and invites providers to fill in a questionnaire at the link below. The questionnaire is voluntary and does not form part of any tender or contract. Your response will be confidential and providers are in no way obliged to complete it, or to answer every question within it. However, we hope providers will complete is as it will assist us greatly in informing our future strategy to commission and procure children's day and community short breaks.
