## Notice

Including removal of most existing equipment; removal of old surfacing; resurfacing and installation of new equipment. Installation will include a toddler multi play area and swing set; ground level trampoline; older children's multi play area and swing set; rubber mat safety surface in toddler area; grass mat safety surface elsewhere; with an optional creative replacement for the existing willow den. The contractor will return itemised costings for each element of the works, a planned programme, specification of equipment, layout drawings, warrenties, maintenance requirements and maintenance costings.
