This agreement is a Pan UK agreement, which delivers Services to the UK Fishing Administrations, namely: The Marine Management Organisation (MMO), an executive nondepartmental public body sponsored by DEFRA, Marine Scotland (MS), Department of Agriculture and Rural Development ("DARD") (Northern Ireland), the Welsh Assembly and Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture "DEFA") (Isle of Man Government).
