North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement North East and Yorkshire (Yorkshire and the Humber) (the Contracting Authority) who wish to commission healthcare services for Aldine House Secure Children's Home based in Dore on the South West edge of Sheffield.
