Advantage SW Members will enter into Contracts with the framework companies for their requirements. All doorsets, frames and associated ironmongery and other components must be certificated by a UKAS approved third party independent test house such as Exova BM TRADA's Q-Mark for integrity and stability to a minimum of 30 minutes. It is difficult to estimate spending on this framework as it will be dependent on the condition of Members' properties. However should spend on the framework approach PS150,000 then we will run a tendering exercise through the OJEU. It will not be possible to obtain prices for every activity that Members may wish to specify over the duration of the framework so please be aware that we will almost certainly require the successful companies to deliver associated works and services to the framework during its duration.
