Description: The works include but are limited to: o Detailed design and calculations of scaffolding for independent checking by structural engineer. o Erection of scaffolding and protective sheeting/ barriers in accordance with specialist design. o Installation of internal protective measures. o Supply and installation of new rooflights, including increasing height of existing curb. o Supply and installation of additional felt waterproofing to perimeter of rooflights. o Making good and redecoration of internal face of rooflight linings. o All associated builders, mechanical and electrical works.
