The contract entails reactive repairs and routine maintenance of the councils' offices and commercial properties, with an approximate annual value of £50,000. The contract is set to commence on 1st May 2017, lasting for three years with the option to extend for a further two years. Contract details: o Contract commencement date is 1st May 2017. o Contract Period is 3 years with an option to extend by 2 years o The Contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 o It will use the National Schedule of Rates plus a bespoke schedule o Approximate contract value is ?50,000 per annum o There will be a requirement to have a 24/7 emergency repair service You must be able to demonstrate that you have in place an effective Health and Safety Policy, are financially stable and have the necessary skills and resources to fulfil the contract.
