## Summary

The NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit is initiating a procurement process for the provision of APMS Primary Care services on behalf of Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). This project falls under the medical practice and related services industry category and is located in the South East of England. Currently at the planning stage, the procurement process includes important milestones, such as an engagement end date on 13 July 2018, with a market engagement event scheduled for 17 July 2018. Feedback from potential providers is sought through a market questionnaire, which must be submitted by 9 July 2018, as the contract aims for a start date of 1 April 2019 and spans an initial period of five years.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses in the healthcare sector, particularly those looking to expand their services to a growing patient base. Established medical practices and firms with expertise in delivering primary care services, including those focused on patient-centred approaches and digital health solutions, would be well-suited to compete for this contract. Collaborations among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) could also enhance service offerings to meet the comprehensive requirements set by Medway CCG, thus driving business growth in this sector.
