The purpose of this exercise is: - Definition of what good looks like for the most important data sources with a glossary which includes quality metrics and dimension. This will be agreed with business stakeholders - Practical assessment of data quality of the most relevant fields in the most important data sources. This will be presented in a visual and actionable manner - Based on the previous point, create an initial data governance framework and establishing a proof-of-concept project to implement it, iterating along the way.
