## Notice

The project will involve the demolition of the Alan Berry building removing all foundations and M&E services to allow a Public Realm scheme to be introduced sympathetic to the current surroundings. The two elements of the project i.e. demolition and Landscaping will be let as two separate contracts. We anticipate that the demolition and public realm construction value to be PS3.8m
