Dreghorn Barracks - Accommodation Block 10 a,b,c , 12 a,b,c, 15 a,b,c and 17 a,b,c To refurbish designated areas of an existing 2 storey Accommodation Block (@1989/1992) to include: SLA wall adjustments Utility Room reconfiguration, replacement of Ceilings, floor finishes and M&E. Total number of rooms to be refurbished, 288 in a phased sequence whilst the Accommodation blocks are unoccupied. Works to include the down take of existing structure and fabric within the designated SLA areas to include: Existing walls, existing M&E, ceilings , floor coverings and existing doors to be replaced with: New walls, new Fire Doors, new floor finishes, Ceilings and associated mechanical and electrical installation. Works to be undertaken by one Main Contractor. Individual Tender Packages will not be issued for this Project. The above Sub Contract opportunity is available under Mitie's FDIS contract with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO).
