## Notice

Ellesmere Town Hall Repair of roof including application of liquid roof coating system Ellesmere Town Council are proposing to remove all existing roof lights in the Town Hall building and overcoat the existing roof coverings with a liquid roof membrane. Tender documents will include a specification of works, simple roof plan and existing photographs. Estimated value of works approximately PS80,000.00 plus VAT. Tender documents will be issued early August. The tender period will be 4 weeks. Subject to Council approval and agreement with the appointed contractor works can commence form late September onwards.
