The concession area lies between two existing areas where exclusive trading rights exist. The promenade and lower path are coastal routes for those walking/cycling between Mudeford Quay, Avon Beach, Friars Cliff, Steamer Point, Highcliffe Castle and Highcliffe Cliff Top also many people also use this beach during periods of good weather.
