Services will be required to be delivered in HMP Northumberland, HMP Frankland and HMP Holme House. In addition, the successful bidder will also be required to provide advisory services to HMP Durham, HMP Kirklevington Grange and HMP Low Newton. The anticipated tender live date for this procurement opportunity is 11 July 2022. It is anticipated that there will be a 3 month mobilisation period. The contract term is 4 years with effect from 01 April 2023 with an estimated contract value of PS294,000. It is anticipated that TUPE may apply to this contract.
