## Notice

This project is operated as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), modified under the light touch regime. The DPS has three Lots; Lot 1 Complex, Lot 2 Standard, Lot 3 Supported Tenancy. The advertised value of this contract is estimated as PS33.1m for the initial term, with the higher value advertised in the event that the period of validity of the DPS is changed. The closure date on this advert is the deadlien of the initial intake of applications; after this date the DPS will reopen for subsequent intakes throughout the lifetime of the DPS.
