We are undertaking this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) to help inform the specification to design and deliver the ambition for Kirklees around improving access to Council and Partner services and to deliver a Customer Service Centre experience of the future. This PMC is not an invitation to tender or a request for formal expressions of interest. The Council, as the contracting authority, is issuing this request for information only, to assess the reaction and potential of the market and thus make any future procurement process more targeted and efficient. Further information on the PMC and response questionnaire is available for interested organisations to access on the YORtender website (https://yortender.eu-supply.com). Responses to the PMC must be made via YORtender no later than 13:00 on 7 January 2022. Your responses will assist us in creating a procurement process which is well-framed, focused, feasible and of keen interest to the market.
