Tenderers will provide face-to-face and / or telephone (including Teams) counselling services for NCC direct employees and external clients of the Nottinghamshire County Council's Occupational Health Service, which would include schools and academies. Additionally, Tenderers are also required to provide a 24-hour confidential Telephone Counselling, Information and Advice Services for employees. The service provider must supply appropriate and suitable local accommodation for the delivery of this service which will normally be within the boundaries of the county of Nottinghamshire.
