## Notice

The University is undertaking a project to establish an Information Technology Operations Centre (ITOC). UoM has a clear vision for the ITOC - it will provide a comprehensive central function for service management monitoring operational maintenance, backup monitoring, change readiness and service impact monitoring, out of hours single worker overwatch, intervention and escalation for major incidents and several other services, eventually providing a 24/7 service.
