We have over 155 vehicles and a parts spend in excess of PS377k. To ensure local suppliers have an opportunity to tender, the total cost will be split into 4 lots Lot 1 - Vehicle parts and consumables under 3.5T GVW (Cars and Vans) Lot 2 - Vehicle parts and consumables over 3.5T GVW (7.5t - 32t Trucks) Lot 3 - Consumables (Oils, bolts, cable ties etc) Lot 4 - Specialist parts (Terberg, Dennis Eagle, OEM parts etc) Lots 1-3 are anticipated to be sole supplier lots with Lot 4 operating as a multi-supplier lot of approved suppliers. The framework term will be 2+2 . The main site for delivery of parts will be the workshops located in Grantham, Lincolnshire. A full contract notice will be issued at the commencement of the actual tender process.
