This will be achieved through the 5 service elements: * Providing training, advice and continuous professional development (CPD) support to front line professionals. * Providing a quality assurance role for providers offering smoking cessation services across the City. * Providing an operational service to a small number of more complex individuals. * Coordination and collection of national data. * Delivering campaigns. The maximum annual value of the contract is PS165,000 p.a. The initial contract term is 1 year, lasting from 1st April 2021 - 31st March 2022, with the Council having an option for a further 12 month extension of the contract until 31st March 2023, such that the maximum contract value is PS330,000. The procurement will follow a single stage Open procedure. The tender bid submission deadline is Wednesday 2nd December 2020 15:00 hours.
