This commission invites a proposal for stage 2a. Stage 1 : IT health check Stage2a Development of Strategy and Implementation Plan, including design and business case for a renewed data centre and implamentation of quick wins identified in stage 1. Stage 2b Development of IT Strategy 3, Stage 2 Deliverables
