This will include ROI evaluation, advice and consultancy on innovative and emerging media opportunities, current and future digital trends and customer insight and demographic profiling. The appointed tenderer will be a full-service agency who can purchase all types of media. This Framework Agreement will be available and accessible to the West Midlands Growth Company Ltd, other Combined Authorities (CA's) and other public sector bodies in the UK.
