Providers are advised that the award of an AQP contract offers no guarantee of activity and therefore no guarantee of income derived from the award of a contract can be offered. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the Commissioner(s). The successful provider(s) will be expected to be fully operational for providing services from 1st October 2019.
