## Notice

To wire brush and scrape the walls of the boiler room to remove the residual asbestos insulation that has been located. To report back any requirement for encapsulation. (Please note that the walls have been painted so we will not be able to guarantee that some residue may remain, hidden beneath the paint and as yet unidentified). To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing.
