The core requirements are to be provided on a retainer agreement, based on 2 days Services per month. The days per month may reduce from year 3 of the Contract onwards, as Pioneer builds more Health and Safety capability in-house. Additional Services outside the scope of the retainer agreement will be priced individually according to the requirement, and includes: *Health and Safety audits *Health and Safety training *Evaluation of Health and Safety sections of tender responses *Board member training, advice and guidance on health and safety responsibilities The Contract with the Successful Bidder will last for an initial period of 2 years, with an option to extend at Pioneer's discretion for further period of up to 2 further years, giving a total potential term of 4 years.
