## Notice

1.1. Luton Borough Council is looking to engage a suitable, qualified organisation(s) to quote for the cleaning of the rendered walls to various Flat blocks and houses within the borough of Luton. Using a biocidal wash that conforms to UK legislation and safe to use in domestic environment. The Council installed an external wall insulation to these blocks and used a silicone based render system. Over time the walls have seen a growth of algae and mildew which needs to be cleaned off.
