## Summary

Sheffield City Council is currently seeking a provider for the "Safer Roads in South Yorkshire" advertising campaign, primarily focused on enhancing road safety awareness across the region. This procurement falls under the services category and is being conducted via an open procedure, with the tender period concluding on 24 August 2020. Key campaign objectives include promoting road safety for young riders, encouraging visibility for pedestrians and cyclists, advocating against drink driving, and discouraging mobile phone use while driving, with campaigns set to run from September 2020 to March 2021 across various media channels. The estimated value of the contract is between £14,000 and £20,000, and the delivery address is located in Yorkshire and the Humber.

This tender presents valuable opportunities for businesses specialising in advertising, particularly those with experience in managing multi-channel campaigns. Companies that can effectively engage audiences through platforms such as social media, radio, online publications, and outdoor advertising would be well-suited to compete. Additionally, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate, as they may bring innovative approaches to delivering impactful road safety messages.
