These segments are: *People choosing adult social care services *Pregnant women thinking about birth options *People considering cosmetic surgery This activity will support delivery of CQC's public engagement strategy and through that the organisation's corporate objectives. CQC's wider strategy for 2016-2021 commits the organisation to improve how we work with the public and people who use services.
