## Notice

The Council is conducting this Call for Competition Procedure for the Service through a Call for Competition Procedure in accordance with DPS Schedule 4 (Call for Competition Procedure) of the DPS Agreement available on the Council's electronic tendering system website at https://YORtender.co.uk ("YORtender"). This Call for Competition Procedure is detailed within the Request for Proposals (see paragraph 8 of this document below). It is anticipated that the Service will commence in September 2020 and will expire on 31 July 2021, with no provision to extend.
