The chain of car park sites run along the eastern side of the High Road south of Bruce Grove station, with the two southern-most sites sitting adjacent to the turning from the High Road on to Monument Way. A Vision Study detailing a mixed tenure scheme of 74 new homes alongside new workspace and community space was completed in 2020. A masterplan design review is currently underway which is likely to re-allocate these uses but we anticipate the development of housing and workspace across the sites.
