The key elements of delivery will be to * Research and understand the existing content and material available across KCC and service providers websites. * Understand the policies/website/branding/infrastructure each organisation has with a view to tailor branding and content plans in line with these policies/website/branding/infrastructure. * Develop a branding and content plan in collaboration with key stakeholders which outlines how delivery will contribute towards service outcomes. * Deliver/create the items outlined within the plan. * Project manage the implementation of the plan through regular stakeholder delivery groups.
