Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment and new build extension works on one of their properties 6 Hawthorn Avenue, Urmston. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following; Modification and conversion of garage to form additional en-suite wet rooms, including adapting the roof structure. Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property to form additional en-suite wet rooms. Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations. Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. Associated external works.
