## Notice

The supplier will recruit 20 LGBTI+ people for the Sounding Board. The Sounding Board will provide the opportunity for NHS England and NHS Improvement to hear the views of LGBTI+ people and represent the voices of members, rather than being a national representative sample of the LGBTI+ community. The insights gained will be part of broader NHS England and NHS Improvement work with LGBTI+ people and communities that will inform NHS England and NHS Improvement's decision-making. The supplier will: 1. Develop a National LGBTI+ Sounding Board to be consulted with on issues specifically relating to LGBTI+ people, as well as wider areas of health and care affecting everyone. This might include policy and strategy development, reviewing reports, testing websites, and feeding back on their own experience as an LGBTI+ person. 2. Develop a wider network of LGBTI+ people that can be contacted on an ad-hoc basis for opportunities and engagement requests, for example to participate in surveys, or to reach a specific sub-set of LGBTI+ people.
