The key deliverables for the contractor/supplier: * A report on the wellbeing benefits of relevant previous work (with young offenders in other parts of the cultural sector & similar models of operation for different groups such as Nightingale ) * A fully-costed feasibility study for carrying out two projects (in Kent and Wiltshire)
