The new pavilion is one of the principle new facilities alongside a Football 3G AGP, regional standard closed road cycling circuit and various other cycling facilities. The pavilion has a gross internal area circa 685 square meters and comprises: * 4 team changing rooms and official change * Accessible change and toilets * Club room * Youth/multi-use room (with dedicated outdoor space) with kitchen * Cafe and kitchen * Office/reception * Ancillary office * Storage & plant room Full details relating to the works are provided in the tender documents.
