Prior to the commencement of a procurement, we wish to consult key stakeholders about the key elements of our plans. All responses received as part of this consultation will be considered as we finalise our approach to commissioning the service. Further to this and as part of the LCC Consultation, the Contract Management Team is holding a session to look at the KPIs and have a discussion with Providers to look at how these can be best developed. The session will look at those KPI's which are currently identified in the Consultation. We would like to invite you to have the option to join this session, if you think that you would be able to offer a positive input into the KPI development we will be holding a workshop on Friday 16th only at 14:00 in Cabinet Room D - The Henry Bolingbroke Room. The 8 Clinical Commissioning Groups within Lancashire are in the process of undertaking a major exercise to commission Independent Sector Mental Health Hospital (ISMH) services as part of a wider MH Recovery and Rehab pathway.
