## Summary

The University of Nottingham is currently seeking a single provider to evaluate its Enabling Innovation Programme through the tender titled "ERDF_Evaluation of Enabling Innovation_ITT882." This project falls under the category of business and management consultancy services, with a focus on assessing the management and delivery of the programme. The procurement process is at the tender stage, with expressions of interest closing on 21 September 2017 at 12 noon. The anticipated contract period will commence on 16 October 2017 and is expected to conclude by 31 March 2019. The primary location for service delivery is Nottingham, East Midlands, UK.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in consultancy services, particularly those offering expertise in programme evaluation and management within the public sector. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to participate, as the University is keen to engage providers who can demonstrate innovative approaches to project evaluations. Success in this tender could foster long-term relationships with a prestigious academic institution and lead to further collaborative opportunities as the University seeks to improve future project deliverables based on past evaluations.

## Notice

The University is seeking to appoint a single provider to evaluate all aspects of the management and delivery of the Enabling Innovation Programme. There will be a review of progress approximately half way through the 3 year delivery period followed by a final evaluation prior to its completion in March 2019. The half way review will enable the delivery teams to review their actions and activities to date and apply any lessons learnt to ensure a satisfactory completion of the overall programme. The end of programme review will seek to summarise the success or otherwise of Enabling Innovation as well as clearly identifying key lessons from the programmes management. A requirement of this final review will be to put forward a number of specific recommendations to the three delivery partners on how future, potential collaborative projects should be developed and managed in light of experiences gained from Enabling Innovation.
