## Notice

Tenderers are required to provide a vehicle changeover schedule which is to include: * Supply a vehicle changeover schedule/plan in conjunction with Stoke on Trent city council. * Storage facility based within or in close proximity of Stoke on Trent to ensure sufficient stock of new vehicles is available to facilitate a vehicle changeover schedule * Vehicle change over to include removal of racking systems from the old vehicles and installation in to the new vehicles in a timely manner * Removal of Decals/Logo's etc. from old vehicles * Fitting of new Decals/Logo's as required * Temporary storage of old vehicles awaiting collection * Facilities for Stoke council's technicians to undertake its own PDI
