Category 3 is not being reopened during this procurement exercise. Leicestershire County Council's Early Years Inclusion and Childcare Service (EYICS) have a statutory duty to secure information, advice and training for specific groups of Early Years and Childcare Providers. Governor Support and Development (GSD) at Leicestershire County Council offers a training and development programme as a traded service for school governors, clerks and trustees who have bought-in to the Councils scheme.
