The Council is considering a service that will allow us to connect our own provisioned SIP trunks (current supplier Gamma) and our Microsoft Teams tenant. The Session Border Control needs to be resilient with 99.5% availability. There will be 220 SIP trunks connected to the SBC for circa 4,500 users. The SBC must be certified by Microsoft for Direct Routing with Microsoft Teams: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/direct-routing-border-controllers The purpose of this RFI is to help us determine whether such services already exist within the market and to understand the likely cost of such services.
