## Summary

The Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is currently conducting a tender for the "Better Queensway Regeneration Project," aimed at transforming the estate in Southend-on-Sea, England. This significant construction project falls within the broader scope of the construction industry and has an estimated value of £400 million. The procurement method employed is a selective process using competitive dialogue, with the tender period closing on 10 May 2018. The project aspires to deliver 441 affordable homes within a mixed-use development, enhancing community well-being through improved public spaces and transportation links.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses, particularly those in the construction, architectural, and facilities management sectors. Given the focus on developing high-quality housing and public realms, companies specialising in sustainable construction practices, project management, and community engagement would be well-suited to participate. The long-term nature of the partnership sought by the Council suggests that organisations capable of investing in and managing large-scale developments will find this an attractive opportunity for growth and collaboration.
