The Heritage Horizons programme has three cross cutting themes of: o Transformation o Innovation o Collaboration The Evaluation Consultant will work with the Project Manager, wider Project Team and the to-be-appointed Operator and Partnerships and Engagement Manager, who supports community consultation and activity development.
