The latter has been procured as a Call-Off Contract Addendum via Single Tender Award because the Call-Off Contract was procured via Direct Award Procedure from Lot 2 (Cloud Software) of the CCS G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement but which could not include the eLearning licenses as the Supplier does not provide eLearning under Lot 1(Cloud Hosting) of G-Cloud 12. Please note the Call-Off Contract is for 2+1+1 but further approval will be obtained to enter into either of the allowable 1 year extensions.
