The successful consultant will provide services for the duration of RIBA stages 2 to 7. Consultants will liaise closely with the museum and design team to evaluate the options for the brief and procurement routes. Deliverables will include but not be limited to gap analysis, reviewing existing strategies and reports at each RIBA stage. During the developed design stage, the consultant will develop the basis for design for a passive infrastructure, cellular signal enhancement including developing the Audio Visual architecture. At Stage 4 the consultants will develop a detailed technical solution including specifications At Stages 6 and 7 consultants will commission and test the equipment to ensure a smooth handover to business as usual. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
