The Works will comprise the strip out and demolition of all existing buildings within the site boundary to include the adjacent residential dwelling otherwise known as "The Cottage". To include ME&PH services, floor finishes, suspended ceilings, WC partitions/cubicles, sanitary ware, asbestos removal, etc. Erect hoarding, install PR boards and secure the site as required.
