The aim of the service would be to give landlords help and assistance they need to prevent a S.21 or S.8 notice being issued if at all possible. The service provider would require having a direct link with landlords for alerts to be raised with the council before any eviction action is taken; and allowing time and opportunity to with both landlords and tenants to help the latter remain within their rentals where possible and suitable to do so.
