The items should come in a bag for life with the Sandwell Council Logo and be ready for mid-December. We are looking to deliver the packs to vulnerable individuals as well as use the opportunity to engage and determine the source of vulnerability which will help us provide appropriate support and guidance. In particular during cold spell the packs will be useful as they will provide warmth to the individuals that the packs will be given to.
